I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Donna for her quick thinking and prompt actions with regard to the telephone call she received on Tuesday morning 16/02/2010.
Due to Donna's dynamic and prompt actions this enabled Thames Valley Police and Avon and Somerset Police to coordinate the safe recovery and return of the 2 horses (within 24 hours) that had been stolen from Bampton in Oxfordshire.
Donna is a credit to your organisation.
